Heat Recovery Ventilation

Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) is a system that improves indoor air quality and energy efficiency by exchanging stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air while recovering heat from the outgoing air. Stale, warm air from inside your building is exhausted. Before the outgoing air is vented outside, it passes through a heat exchanger where it transfers much of its heat to the incoming cold air.
